This page explains what personal information Cellarom collects on cellarom.com and in the Cellarom Recipe Library, why we collect it, and your choices. Cellarom is a trade name of Satoba Technology Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Jacksonville, Florida.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address, company, and your message.
When you request a quote or a brochure: your name, email address, company, state, and the product you are interested in, plus your phone number for a quote.
When you apply to an alpha programme: your name, work email, company, role, your research areas, how often you review the literature, and the challenge you describe.
When you use the Recipe Library: your email address, when you sign in, and that you agreed to the alpha terms.
When you visit the website: we count visits with cookie-free analytics that don't identify you.
To block automated spam, our forms use a spam-protection service, which checks your browser and IP address.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry.
To review your alpha application, create your access and send your sign-in links.
To run, secure and improve the website and the Recipe Library.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We use service providers to host and back up our website and database, send emails, block spam, store enquiries and measure site usage. They process data only on our instructions. Some of them may process your information outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to reply to you or run the alpha, then delete it, or sooner if you ask.

Your choices and rights

To see, correct or delete your information, send a privacy request with the form below. We reply within 30 days.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Recipe Library uses a cookie only to keep you signed in.
