EL837 Human Lymphocyte Expansion Medium, Serum-Free

EL837 Human Lymphocyte Expansion Medium is designed for human lymphocyte induction and expansion in research and clinical applications. It supports NK cell expansion, CIK cell culture, T cell expansion, lymphocyte cell lines, and primary human lymphocyte culture. The medium delivers superior performance for culturing NK cells, CIK cells, and T cells while maintaining full functionality for downstream applications and analysis.

This medium is suitable for lymphocyte cell lines and primary human lymphocyte culture, specifically including NK cells, T cells, and CIK cells. Performance data demonstrates key results with adult human PBMC derived lymphocytes. The recommended seeding lymphocyte density is between 0.5-2 x 10⁶/ml.

The product should be stored at 2-8°C in the dark.

The product comes in 1,000 mL per bottle with Cellarom SKU: CELL-EL-EL837-1000. It features a xenogeneic-free and chemically-defined serum-free formulation that contains no human albumin, transferrin, insulin, or other animal-derived products. The medium requires supplementation with 5-10% auto serum or substitution (3-5% EliteGro-Adv.) and IL-2 at appropriate concentration of at least 500 U/ml.
